TheoTown is a free city-building simulator for Android. The game presents a huge number of regions available for development, and there is an opportunity to create your own area with its own landscape and history. The simulator is available for download on ODVme.com.

Concept and Rules

Playing TheoTown begins with a tutorial, during which the player learns how to work with taxes, build highways, and create commercial and residential areas. After the tutorial, you unlock access to your city, starting to develop it.

There are three development zones in the city building simulator: residential, commercial and industrial. The main principle: the more residents (houses), the larger the scale of businesses available for installation. You will collect tax from commercial and industrial buildings. Each type of production relies on a different tax rate, which you can, however, control.

All established buildings are gradually upgraded: if you buy a small house, you can upgrade it later to a "rich" building, which will bring money and improve the mood of the inhabitants. It's the same with industrial buildings: the higher their level, the more finances they bring to the city coffers.

Residential and commercial areas are connected by roads. They can be as simple dirt roads as large highways. Roads allow you to control traffic, so you can cut through traffic jams by adding more lanes or using public transportation to relieve the burden on cars. You can add trains, buses and subways.

Every town needs to be well equipped, so in TheoTown you will find: airports, harbors, military areas, farms, hospitals, police and other government buildings. You'll have to manage waste removal, water quality, and a steady supply of energy. Also you should not forget about the corpses, you have to solve the funeral issue by organizing a cemetery.

The game is implemented reporting system: the graphs indicate which area of the city requires development. The schedule is based on the principle: what is missing residents? Fulfilling the wishes of citizens, you will not only improve your city, but also make residents happy.

In TheoTown you can download plugins for free. This will make your city even more unique as well as diverse. New residential buildings, administrative and entertainment buildings, and transportation systems are available for download.
