Auto PowerOFF to Windows

To use the program on your computer, select Auto PowerOFF on the download page, click the Download link below, and wait for the download to complete. Since the program does not require installation to work, all you have to do is open the downloaded .exe file you downloaded and, if necessary, confirm that you agree to install the component. You may have to restart your computer when the operation is complete.

The program independently performs the following actions at the time you specify:

• PC shutdown;
• turn on in hibernation or sleep mode;
• PC lock.

After the main window of the shutdown timer program opens in front of you, you can set the time when the computer should shut down. Then select "Time" from the drop-down menu, make sure that "Close" is selected in the "Action" menu, and set the time to automatically shut down the system by filling in the two text boxes next to the "Take Action" field.

Now click the "Start" button at the top, and voila: when the countdown is over there is a sound alert and a warning that the system will stop, and after a few seconds the computer automatically shuts down (closes all the programs that were running).

If for some reason you want to stop the automatic shutdown of your PC, click the stop button and close the program window by clicking (X) located at the top right.

The PowerOFF application has the ability to set both permanent (for a week, a month ahead) and individual (for each day separately) shutdown schedules.

If you are interested, you can customize the program and turn off your PC after a certain time interval compared to the current time or after a certain period of inactivity of your computer. To do this, you need to select "Timeout Countdown" from the "Interval" (instead of "Time") and "Done" drop-down menus.

In addition, Auto PowerOFF can restart your computer or enable hibernation instead of shutting down: all you have to do is select the option to continue in hibernation mode from the action pop-up menu.
